 Cedarwood

Cedarwood is crafted in beautiful Western Red Cedar. It is generally
acknowledged to be the best timber for internal window dressing
products and produces the most amazing grain ideal for shutters.

Basswood

Basswood is a sustainable sourced hardwood.It has ideal mechanical properties and
evenness of grain ensuring consistency of finish,strength and rigidity. To
prevent warping our Basswood internal shutters are made from a top grade, kiln
dried laminated basswood. The lamination process gives extra strength and
integrity to the shutter that won’t be found in shutters that are manufactured
from entirely solid sections

Larchwood

Larchwood is renowned for its stability and high density LarchWood suffers from fewer dents and abrasions and is highly sustainable, offering the foundation for a dependable supply.  

Permawood

Permawood is made from solid-core PVC UE shutter components representing a major breakthrough for vinal shutter fabrication! Ideal for harsh environments such as wet rooms, showers. conservatories where condensation could be an issue, kitchen sink windows and anywhere really that needs a tough but good looking window treatment that will last. (This is the only shutter we have found that can be used in wet environments.)

Craftwood 

Craftwood is light density fiberboard (LDF) 

LDF is very strong and has excellent dimensional stability. The frame is finished in an extruded tough, water resistant polypropylene coating and gives excellent durability. Our CraftWood frames are engineered and made from 90% recovered and reclaimed wood fiber which is FSC certified.
